comp is fixed. okays. was supposed to post the following a few days ago [before i went for my camp.. say tues or wed night] but it didn't come out. anyhows, i'm still determined to have it up.. so here goes..

had our 2nd choir practice today. mark came down to help out. woots! we finished the whole song! wheeee! so super happy for them. considering we are all amateurs.. it's WHOA. good. (: oh yea. to mike: i just heard about the trip to night safari that was supposed to be today.. i'm so terribly sorry about it. i didn't know about it until.. erm.. just now when i was talking to laura on the phone and she told me aout it? so sorry dude.

okay.. oh yea. was talking with ivy[my godma] and wilfrid.. and it was like..
me:hey, is your wedding gonna have the slideshow thingy?
them: yea of course! and we're gonna have that photo of "you" in it! (:

apparently, i'm the official lightbulb.. cos i'm always caught in the centre between the two of them.. services, lunches, walks, chats.. somehow they always put me in the centre.. and the find it amusing to watch me squirm. HMMM. how funny. ha ha. so on one of their dates, they took a picture of them each standing at one side of the lamp post. and it was part of the engagement present that wilfrid gave to ivy. how sweet right! (: but i still think they should leave that photo out. but they're not gonna listen. they insist that they would add it in the slideshow. OH NO. argh..

okays. following this is a bit of ranting so don't mind me. you can don't read it. it's just a few thoughts. no prizes for guessing who i am talking about though. anyways.. i'll try to bitch less about you-know-who.. it's bad so i sould not indulge in it. but it's hard to keep it all inside. not after you've been through so much. but the best thing is that this shows you who your true friends are. so in a way, we won. neh neh ne boo boo. (: i won't let you ruin my life. you can't unless i let you. and i'm not gonna let you. mark once told me what leong said.. there will always be people who are against you, that's 10%, no matter what you do, they still wouldn't like you. then there's another 10% who will always support you no matter what you do. and the remaining 80% of people will look at results, which will determine whether you are their friend.. something like that la. unfortunately, you fall into the first 10% that i mentioned so i'm not gonna waste any effort trying to make you like me. i tried to reconcile with you but it didn't work. so i'm sorry that things are like that. i can't do anymore to salvage it. after all, it takes two hands to clap.

  DADDY daddy dragged me outta bed today. at 9.30 in the morning. it's like.. still nice to sleep in. and he just had to wake me up. -yawns-

anyways. went to church with him. helped him with the christmas decor. he's been in charge of decor since i don't know when. like.. ever since i can remember, he's already been doing decor every single christmas. hahahs. what to do.. my daddy's so good at drawing and all. (: hahahs! so proud of him. he's so funny too! well. haven't met mark's dad before so i can't make any comparisons here. though i've heard from many that mark's daddy's real funny. (: hahahs. but i don't think we'll meet. not anytime soon.

was in a really grouchy mood. cos it was so sunny and all. and my daddy's slippers broke. wahahahs.. and he said all sorts of funny stuffs. made me laugh. hahahs.. he's got this way of making my day. I LOVE MY DADDY.

so we went to heartland mall there to get some materials cos he had absolutely nothing. ahahs. he kept saying.. i'm so ill-prepared today.. sigh. hahahs.. so we went to get him new slippers and got some arty farty stuff. then ate lunch at BK. wheee.. as usual.. he made all sorts of funny comments.   whoa. led AA worship and games today. oh boy. i'm losing my voice for good? worship is really tiring. to get the kids to respond and sing. to get them to jump around and be active. kid's these days grow up too quickly. way too fast. they turned games like "simon says" and the "eagle and the chicks" into wars and fights. like.. oh my. big headache.

  whatanEXCITINGday! today was a crazy day mans. i just realised how inconvenient it is to get from my house to siglap. or from anywhere else for that matter. (: hahahs! well maybe i should stayover at my cousin's? she stays in bedok.. so yup. it'd be so much more convenient. (:

anyways. choir practice was havoc la! hahahs.. had practice in the morning with kwei, went through no importa la distancia[go the distance from hercules], childhood[by michael jackson from free willy 2] and ah leave me not[from the musical 'pirates of penzance', a gilbert and sullivan piece]. hahahs.. was fun. then we[lynette, jasper, raymond, kelvin, mark and me] walked all the way to siglap centre to have macs for lunch and we brisk walked back. so tiring. i was half running.. why? yes i know i'm short. grrr. hahahs! (:

earnt the SYF set piece today. is it the same as the sec school's set piece? apparently.. it might be cos kwei compared us with his sec school choirs. hmmm. ours is only slighty more difficult. so he claims. then we had some sectionals.. sop alto tenor and bass. then we split into our schools to learn to sing as our own school choirs. yup. aj's was disasterous. the worst we ever sung. hahahs.. really! oh wells. we all make the choir so no section was the worst. everyone had a part to play? (: then we were the first to be called to "compete" against the three other choirs- VJC and TPJC, MJC was audience. we were like.. die la.. so suay kana first one.. we screwed up big time but apparently, kwei thought it was okay. phew. off the hook.

then went to the bus stop with jasper and lynette. and when the bus came, i remembered that my wallet was in mark's pocket! hahahs.. so i ran back to siglap south cc.. then came out with jasmine, emilia and chun wei.. they're pretty nice and funny people if you care to talk to them and get to know them better, unlike my first impression of them as quiet muggers. i was so wrong. (:

so i thought i threw my wallet in the dustbin la! hahahs.. then the four of us went hunting high and low for my wallet. cut the long story short.. we FINALLY found it. phew. (: so relieved.

came home.. told my parents about it, tell them about my great friends and all they did was to reprimand me. grrr. PARENTS.

  twinee day went out with my dearest best bud twinee keni! (: hahahs.. okay. that was quite a mouthful. to put it simply.. i went out with keni today. (: hahahs! oh wells. (: it was fun.. we went around walking.. yup yup. and then we decided to catch a movie.. nothing was on except for ladder 49.. so we decided to catch it. (: it's really nice! (: hahahs! the two of us were so touched by some scenes we were sobbing away like nobody's business la! hahahs! the last time i cried in the movie was when i was watching green mile. real nice movie but it's too long for some to enjoy. (: oh wells. i had fun.. then we walked over to taka to library@orchard where she wanted to get some book.. yup yup.. had to leave her there though i didn't wanna cos i had youth.

our last yf session before they kick us out. boohoohoohoo. ): oh wells. all good things must come to an end. now we're in home fellowship groups which is basically our cell groups right now. except we're no longer called youth cells but HFGs. ooh. cheeemanology. (: oh wells. xintian and nana joined us today! hahahs.. the girls had quite a fun time playing captains ball. was pretty cool. (: but it was tring. 4-aside. phew. we improvised a little so it would be more challenging.

after that.. was tired so i was talking to leroy. that's where i told leroy of my idea of starting a youth choir. well maybe not youth choir but young adults' choir. now that we're all kicked out of the youth fellowship. they're forming some youth club headed by daniel p i think. (: yep. so we were thinking of who should be forming the core team. the first few choir members. this is gonna be fun! from a young adult's choir (YAC), we'll move on to bringing these vocally trained people to be vocalists for the service. some kind of vision huh! (: but it's still in the minds. no action taken yet. but soon. we'll work something out. (: so excited! i can't wait!

it's so nice.. the feeling of being stress free. planning for the future. dreams.

oh yes. i wrote something while waiting for keni this afternoon. just some thoughts that i penned down. i don't usually write so yup. it's a rare. an excerpt from my diary. woo!
